About the role

Data Scientists at Accenture Flex are responsible for developing and implementing AI and ML-based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business outcomes. They measure and justify the value of these solutions to ensure their effectiveness and collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, design, and deliver artificial intelligence and machine learning based decision-making frameworks and models that drive business outcomes.
• Measure and justify the value of these solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Develop and refine advanced models to enhance decision-making processes and business strategies.
• Lead collaborative efforts to integrate artificial intelligence solutions across diverse teams and projects.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities that support strategic objectives.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating model performance and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Software Industry.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Data Science.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Data Analytics and Generative Design is suggested.

Pay

Hourly salary ranges vary by location, ranging from $67.00 to $77.00.
