About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a highly skilled engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience.
- Deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Data Analysis is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Java Software Development, API Integration, and Data Visualization is suggested.

Hourly Salary Range: $44 to $54
Schedule
This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City, NJ, Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC.
