Data Science SME Lead

What You Will Do

• Deliver GEOINT tradecraft learning in classroom, virtual, and mobile training environments.
• Help learners connect tradecraft concepts to realistic mission scenarios, analytic problems, and operational decision-making.
• Support curriculum management, course maintenance, and course development activities in accordance with NGC guidance.
• Review courseware for technical accuracy, currency, instructional effectiveness, and alignment to the assigned tradecraft area.
• Participate in Integrated Development Team meetings with course managers, learning development representatives, and mission stakeholders.
• Maintain required instructor certification and course qualification status.

Required Skills and Experience

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution, related to their assigned area of expertise (i.e., Computational Thinking, Programming, Statistics, or Data Visualization).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience focusing on the concepts and applications of data analytics, computer science and programming, data modeling, Artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• A minimum of 2 years delivering learning content to adult learners in a classroom setting.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing day-to-day activities of a team.
