- Build predictive models and recommendation systems that enhance the user experience.
- Conduct research into relationship dynamics, user behavior, and platform health.
- Create dashboards and metrics that inform product and growth decisions.
- Partner with engineering to deploy data-driven features and continuously improve them.
Who You Are
- Experienced in data science, machine learning, analytics, or a related field.
- Comfortable moving from research and analysis to implementation.
- Curious about human relationships, psychology, and the ethical use of data.
- Resourceful, analytical, and eager to build in an early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Insight: Translate data and human behavior into strategic opportunities.
- Model Development: Design and deploy algorithms that improve matching and engagement.
- Experimentation: Lead A/B tests and measure their impact.
- Data Infrastructure: Help establish the foundations for analytics and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work across product, engineering, and growth to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Compensation
This is an equity-based, founding-team opportunity with meaningful ownership and the chance to define the future of relationship technology.
