About the role

As a Business Intelligence & Data Research Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by ensuring our prospect database remains accurate, up-to-date, and commercially valuable. Responsibilities

• Researching businesses across various industries.
• Verifying company information through websites, online directories, and public sources.
• Confirming decision-maker details, contact names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
• Identifying and categorising business sectors and target markets.
• Data cleansing and maintaining CRM accuracy.
• Conducting approximately 50 outbound verification calls per day.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Identifying potential sales opportunities and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
• Supporting marketing campaigns through accurate audience targeting.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Confidence speaking to businesses over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
