About the role

This role involves leading complex empirical studies to improve our marketplace operations, spearheading data science strategies for policy interventions, and offering statistical expertise in health care and enrollment data analysis. You'll drive innovative research, ensure rigorous project standards, develop data infrastructure, and present findings to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with data analytics, including data reporting, dashboards, financial modeling in health care, health policy, or related field.
  • Experience with statistical or data analytics software, such as SAS, Stata, R, SQL, Excel macros, Python, etc. Must include at least some experience writing own programs.
  • Academic graduate training in research methods, including topics such as program evaluation, survey design, or econometric analysis.
  • Experience managing an original research project.
  • Capacity to interpret analytical output and to communicate compelling results of analysis to executives and decision-makers through data visualizations, writing, and presentations.
