Data Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support mission-critical data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, availability, and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, communicating updates to end users and stakeholders.
• Perform data validation, data quality checks, auditing, and operational support activities.
• Develop and maintain Python- and SQL-based tools, processes, and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production support, application support, data operations, or a similar technical support role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Python, Linux, Windows, and AWS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail, preferably within a financial services or data-intensive environment.
