Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute tactical activities for consumer privacy-related projects.
  • Meet regulatory deadlines and deliver consistent daily and weekly progress updates.
  • Collaborate closely with data privacy business partners, the legal department, and multiple IT technical teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with approved business and legal objectives, data governance standards, and Honda quality expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision forums while maintaining clear and consistent communication of progress, risks, dependencies, and impacts.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with approved funding and staffing plans.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with organizational audit and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in managing teams, timelines, and remediation activities.
  • Experience managing project budgets for both labor and outsourced services.
  • Excellent communication skills and accountability.
  • Strong emphasis on early detection of deviations from the agreed-upon project plan and driving issues to closure.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with approved funding and staffing plans.
  • Support financial reporting, cost monitoring, and resource planning activities in partnership with leadership and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with organizational audit and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing all phases of a project lifecycle including scope definition, POCPOT efforts, design, construction, and go-live.
  • Strong leadership and project management expertise.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and data privacy.

Pay

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.

Schedule

Onsite 4 days per week.
