About the Role
Data is transforming Finance from a reporting function into a strategic decision engine. We're building the next generation of Finance data products that power AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and enterprise decision-making. As a Data Product Manager within the Finance Data Strategy organization, you will own one or more Finance data products from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Finance leaders, Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Enterprise Data teams to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver trusted, scalable data products. This role blends product management, business acumen, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for one or more Finance data products.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize investments based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Define product success metrics and continuously measure business value, adoption, and product performance.
- Champion an AI-first product mindset by identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and intelligent decision support.
- Product Delivery
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance data products across enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Drive release planning and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while balancing technical debt and long-term platform sustainability.
- Technical & Platform Leadership
- Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams on data ingestion, modeling, semantic layers, governance, and data quality.
- Guide product decisions on technical trade-offs to ensure scalable, reliable, and reusable enterprise data capabilities.
- Stakeholder Leadership
- Serve as the primary product owner for assigned Finance data products.
- Build trusted partnerships across Finance and Technology organizations.
- Lead roadmap discussions and communicate product strategy, delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Product Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Drive product adoption through user engagement, training, and change management.
- Gather customer feedback and continuously enhance product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data products, automation, and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Product Management, Technical Product Management, or enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional business and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale products.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise data products supporting Finance or other business functions.
- Understanding of Finance processes such as planning, forecasting, close, and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, semantic models, and data governance.
- Experience working in regulated environments supporting SOX or audit requirements.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.

Pay
The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $151,800. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
Schedule
This is a full-time role requiring approximately 10% travel.
