Team Overview

As a Product Manager on our Finance Data Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the central engine that powers Capital One's financial and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of data sourcing and publishing processes. This role requires a blend of product management skills and practical data platform expertise.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently holds or is obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), or a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay & Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location:

• Mclean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
• Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with their location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
