Position Summary

Andrea Ruggiero Design has an opening for a Data Processing Associate to assist with structured document, information, and transaction processing with careful record control. The work requires a practical, detail‑oriented approach and reliable communication across a distributed team. Remote work requires dependable self‑management. You will be expected to keep priorities organized, communicate blockers promptly, and use shared systems in a way that makes progress and ownership easy to see. The work may involve sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information depending on the assignment. Confidentiality, appropriate access, and careful handling of records are expected throughout the process.

Core Responsibilities

• Follow retention, filing, and documentation practices applicable to assigned records.
• Process incoming records, documents, or information according to defined workflow steps.
• Index, classify, rename, and route digital records using consistent conventions.
• Reconcile routine differences between source documents and system records.
• Prepare files for downstream teams by confirming organization, readability, and required metadata.
• Use spreadsheets and shared systems to monitor volume, turnaround, and rework.

Pay

$40,000‑$50,000 per year
