Data Privacy & AI Counsel

Responsibilities

• Advise on data privacy, HIPAA, state privacy laws, AI, and cybersecurity obligations.
• Implement policies and provide training to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with outside counsel as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales.
