Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of online surveys, including opening, monitoring, and closing surveys according to established schedules.
  • Cook survey logistics and ensure surveys are available and functioning properly.
  • Track survey participation and monitor completion rates.
  • Communicate with providers regarding survey availability, deadlines, and submission requirements.
  • Follow up with non-responding providers to ensure timely completion.
  • Review survey submissions for accuracy, completeness, and data consistency.
  • Identify data anomalies and coordinate quality assurance activities.
  • Escalate data issues and system concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Generate reports on survey participation, response rates, and data quality metrics.
  • Serve as the liaison between end users and IT by submitting and tracking technical support requests.
  • Aid staff with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and other business tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide user guidance on systems and processes.
  • Maintain documentation and follow established policies and procedures related to data collection, privacy, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure accurate, timely data collection.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of survey design and implementation best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.

Pay
