About the Role

We're searching for a remote or office-based Data Migration Project Manager to join our team, delivering successful healthcare data migration projects that help our clients maximize the value of their healthcare data while supporting safer patient care. The Data Migration Project Manager will independently lead complex healthcare data migration engagements by managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery readiness to ensure consistent project success and exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare data migration projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, timelines, and Statements of Work.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and project activities to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and project readiness.
  • Lead client communications, project meetings, and status reporting to drive stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
  • Monitor project risks, scope changes, decisions, and validation readiness to proactively identify issues and support successful project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, documentation, and process improvements to promote delivery consistency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide go-live support on weekends and evenings as required occasionally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management within healthcare technology, professional services, consulting, software implementation, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and critical delivery milestones.
  • In-depth knowledge of project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States or from our Burlington, VT, Boston, MA, or Chicago, IL offices, with occasional travel as needed.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare technology and helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes through successful technology adoption and data management initiatives.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams while independently maintaining accountability for project execution and results.
