Position Overview: This role supports a comprehensive training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, including access to internships and job placement services. The program offers in-classroom instruction, personalized coaching, mentorship, and an educational stipend for internship participants. Key Responsibilities Deliver training in areas such as Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Banking, Project Management, and Customer Success.Assist participants in developing professional skills including communication, networking, interviewing, and resume building.Support participants throughout internship placements, ensuring skill development and career readiness.Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to help participants launch their careers. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, with no Bachelor's degree obtained.Eligible to work in the U.S. and highly motivated to learn.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to support diverse learners and foster a positive learning environment.
