This program offers intensive training to young adults, combining technical and professional skills development with internships and job placement support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Data Analysis, and more.
• Engage in internships at leading organizations, earning an educational stipend.
• Develop business, communication, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Build resumes and receive ongoing support to launch careers.
• Attend classes Monday through Friday, completing screening and eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Motivated to learn professional and technical skills.
• No Bachelor's degree obtained.
• Ability to commit to the program schedule.
