Responsibilities

• Participating in in-classroom training in areas such as Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Banking, Project Management, and Customer Success.
• Engaging in internships and job placement support through a leading talent placement firm, with potential placements at top organizations.
• Developing professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.
• Receiving personalized coaching and mentorship to support career launch.
• Applying for and maintaining eligibility, including being a high school graduate or GED recipient, authorized to work in the U.S., and motivated to learn.
• Earning an educational stipend during internships, with additional support and guidance throughout the program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; no Bachelor’s degree required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Availability Monday through Friday.

Pay

Average starting salary of approximately $55,000 for employed graduates.
