Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of Business systems applications, including Jaggaer (all modules), Wells Fargo/PCard system, and others as implemented or assigned.
• Pull data from all systems to review and troubleshoot errors and ensure user security is current.
• Provide system troubleshooting support for the Aggie Service Center.
• Assist with data and reporting support for the Aggie Service Center.
• Serve as a resource for project teams as new system needs are identified and implemented.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred Experience: One (1) year of experience related to the job duties and responsibilities as outlined.

Working Conditions

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited physical effort required.
• Lifting requirements: Handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.

Pay

$43,908.80 - $49,333.71 annually

Standard (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
