Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of business systems applications including Jaggaer (all modules), Wells Fargo/PCard system, and others as implemented or assigned.
• Pull data from all systems to review and troubleshoot errors and ensure user security is current.
• Provide system troubleshooting support for the Aggie Service Center.
• Assist with data and reporting support for the Aggie Service Center.
• Serve as a resource for project teams as new system needs are identified and implemented.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• One year of experience related to the job duties and responsibilities outlined.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

• Physical Effort: No or very limited physical effort required.

• Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.

• Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
