Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data catalogue and reporting processes and systems.
• Enable pedigree and lineage for records and datasets adhering to data owner, legal, and policy requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to support documentation meeting Sponsor's data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy).
• Write cables.
• Document and validate requirements for data.
• Interface with the field with knowledge on organizing liaison engagements.
• Understand data exploitation efforts for sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining data catalogue and reporting processes and systems.
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing activities to support documentation meeting Sponsor’s data compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience writing cables.
• Demonstrated experience documenting and validating requirements for data.
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with the field with knowledge on organizing liaison engagements.
• Demonstrated understanding of data exploitation efforts for sensitive data.

Pay

The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is $175,000 - $195,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
