Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce data management standards in collaboration with business units
- Manage matrixed data steward teams to meet governance priorities
- Cook up with GDO data councils for effective data governance
- Coach GDOs and senior leaders on data risk management
- Define and implement data management roadmaps for major business areas
- Drive automation in data management through software solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists on data product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business analytics with 10 years of banking experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of banking experience
- 5 years of experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
