Data Labeling Associate - Tamil Speakers

Welo Data is hiring a Data Labeling Associate (Tamil) to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. 🕒 Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) 📄 Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee 📅 Duration: 1-year contract (extension possible) Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated content and provide quality feedback.Review model performance, identify errors, patterns, and edge cases.Apply evaluation guidelines and contribute to process improvements.Document findings and communicate insights with stakeholders. Requirements ✅ Native-level Tamil proficiency ✅ Bachelor's degree or higher ✅ B2+ English proficiency ✅ 1-2 years of professional writing experience ✅ 2+ years of experience related to GenAI safety, data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis preferred ✅ Strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail Important Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).This is a 100% onsite role. Candidates must live in or be able to commute to one of the listed locations.
