Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi) to support the evaluation and improvement of cutting-edge AI systems. 🕒 Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) 📄 Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee 📅 Contract: 1 Year (Extension Possible) Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedbackReview data quality and identify trends, issues, and edge casesApply evaluation guidelines and improve quality standardsCollaborate with teams to enhance AI model performance Requirements ✅ Native-level Marathi proficiency ✅ Bachelor's degree or higher ✅ B2+ English proficiency ✅ 1-2 years of professional writing experience ✅ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills ✅ Experience in AI/GenAI, QA, data quality, annotation, or related fields is a plus Important Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)Must be able to commute to one of the listed locationsRemote work is not available 💰 Pay: $34/hour
