Data Intelligence Analyst (Entry Level)

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design, create, and manage dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Maintain user-friendly dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Create and maintain documentation of dashboard development processes, data sources, design choices, and dashboard validation requirements based on company policy.
• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and handle confidential or sensitive data securely according to data protection laws and company policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with different departments to understand their data and reporting needs.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on how to use dashboards effectively.
• Support and troubleshoot data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure all quality dashboards meet corporate IT policy and state-of-the-art requirements based on technology trends.

Reporting

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on dashboard data.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management.

0-2 years experience desired. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. If they cannot clearly communicate, it would be difficult to consider extending the offer.

The role will be looking at databases - bringing in pieces of data to create charts/summaries/reports into tools such as PowerBI. Read data, decipher through it, analyze it, create dashboards from it. Qlikview, Oracle, Agile, Salesforce. Candidate should be able to look at data, pull data, put into PowerBI using Power Automate to create reports and dashboards.
