Data Integrity Specialist

About the role
As a Data Integrity Specialist, you’ll manage data collection processes and maintain the accuracy of key performance metrics. You will collaborate with business owners to resolve discrepancies, create reporting templates, perform trend analysis, and provide valuable insights that guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Integrity and Quality Assurance (50%)
- Administer data collection for recurring metrics and resolve discrepancies with business owners.
- Perform audits of performance metrics and escalate significant findings.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics.
- Analysis (40%)
- Analyze data trends, report findings, and provide narrative analysis for business reviews.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests, fulfilling simple requests and collaborating with senior analysts.
- Data Security, Training, and Documentation (5%)
- Ensure data security and documentation standards are met across SharePoint sites.
- Contribute to team training and update existing procedures.
- Projects and Change Management (5%)
- Assist in recommending and implementing improvements in reporting processes.
- Support projects as assigned to ensure timely delivery of reports and data analysis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or certificate coursework in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience handling performance measurements such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other quality assurance measurements, including performing quality control audits and peer reviews.
- 1+ years’ experience performing data analysis, using data visualization to convey findings; experience narrating findings is a plus.
- 1+ year in benefit administration or another operational setting is a plus.
- Experience working to business requirements preferred.
- Experience documenting procedures.
- Experience in a project planning environment is a plus; demonstrated ability to work toward specific milestones and meet deliverables.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $24.14 – $32.66 per hour. Most new hires join between the minimum and the midpoint, depending on skills and experience. Final compensation considers qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and budget.
Schedule
Hybrid role: 2 days in the office (Portsmouth, NH) and 3 days telework, Monday–Friday.
