Data Integrity Assistant

Roles And Responsibilities

• Support operations teams ongoing data entry and analysis into various company databases and external systems, including the Organic Integrity Database.
• Audit and validate data entries regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement innovative data management protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and resolve data collaboration issues.
• Maintain and update data management systems and databases.
• Generate and analyze reports to monitor data quality and integrity.
• Perform preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models and algorithms.
• Document and report data issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide accurate data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Keep important information and company documents organized electronically while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Participate in data-related projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 1 year of proven data entry support
• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Skilled in data quality and analytics
• Teamwork attitude with a strong aptitude for professionalism and courtesy
• Demonstrates high level of ability to learn new, diverse knowledge on company programs
• Ability to process a high volume of data in a productive and quality driven manner
• Ability to keep accurate records, prepare and manage files, reports, and letters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong overall computer skills required
• Proficiency with data management tools
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with internal/external staff, vendors, and clients

• Maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Higher education in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in industries with agriculture, agri-food systems, sustainability, and/or food, beverage, consumer-packaged goods
• Certifications are a plus
• Experience with data analytics
• Possess a problem solving and solution-oriented approach coupled with a client focused mindset

Physical Requirements

• Able to use standard computer keyboard on a frequent basis
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
• Frequent use of hands to operate office equipment, including computers and phones
• Visual acuity to read detailed data on a computer screen

Working Conditions

• Castle Rock, CO office, Medina, ND office or remote
