About the Role
The Data Integrity Administrator supports SHI sales by identifying the correct product line, manufacturer SKU, item group, and UNSPSC code for each item used in sales orders and approving new parts. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales team, Accounting team, and Product Specialists to ensure seamless order processing. This position is based in the SHI Somerset, New Jersey office.
Responsibilities
- Create service parts in AX for SHI users
- Create enterprise variants for customers’ inventory
- Create Manufacturer IDs and Product Line IDs
- Create BOMs for sales to use in order entry
- Assist Sales Representatives with part creation processes
- Perform data clean-up tasks

Requirements
- Completed Associate’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of experience supporting IT systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Pay
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, which includes a base salary. Compensation varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
