Competitive starting pay ratesFull benefits package (Medical / Vision / Dental – FT Employees only)Employee Assistance PlanRetirement Savings 401K Your Responsibilities: The Data Administrator keeps product and pricing data accurate across our ERP and e-commerce systems, so that stores, buyers, and customers work from a single source of truth. Working with internal teams and vendors, they collect, validate, and enter product data, and audit pricing and deal information against vendor costs. Secondary responsibilities include partnering with technical specialists to maintain existing systems, learning and supporting new software tools, sourcing substitutes for discontinued products, and maintaining Work with sales and vendors to collect accurate pricing and availabilityProactively monitor product offerings and availability in ERP and E-CommerceMaintain product pricing, including custom bid pricing in ERP and E-CommerceReview vendor materials or websites to identify new products for our customersSupport B2B and E-Commerce sourcing products requested for bidsIndependently familiarize oneself with new technology tools introduced in the departmentMaintain access and familiarity with online services used in the departmentCreate and maintain detailed documentation of processes and troubleshooting guidesAct as a liaison between IT, external technology resources, and local staffSupport other team members in software or services related to your responsibilities Skills and Qualifications: One year of office experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale grocery environmentHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Supportive attitude and strong independent work ethicProcess-oriented approach to problem solving with good attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelFamiliarity withSQL or relational databases preferredFamiliarity with a scripting language for data processing (MS Visual Basic, Python, etc.) preferredWillingness to learn new tools and technology Location: Anchorage – Alaska Reports to: PAW Systems Manager We’d love to hear from all workers who are motivated to thrive professionally and personally while making a difference in the communities we serve.
