Data Integrations Lead

About the role

We're a growing wealth management organization that partners with advisory firms nationwide, providing the technology, infrastructure, and operational support to help them thrive while preserving their client-first culture. As new firms join us, we're focused on making their transition to our shared platforms accurate, thoughtful, and seamless for advisors and clients.

This role bridges business and technology — it is not a coding role. You'll own meaningful integration work that directly supports our growth and the success of our partner firms, helping build repeatable processes and data standards rather than simply following an established playbook. You'll work closely with business analysts, engineers, operations teams, and advisory firm leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems.
  • Assess existing platforms and data structures to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.
  • Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, technology vendors, and incoming firms.
  • Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing, reconciliation, and successful go-lives.
  • Explain technical issues clearly, building trust with advisors and other nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Document data flows, requirements, and processes to make future integrations more consistent and scalable.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services operations, data analysis, or platform implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting data migrations, system conversions, or complex platform integrations.
  • Familiarity with wealth technology platforms such as Orion, Redtail, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Envestnet, or Addepar.
  • Understanding of data structures, mapping, integration concepts, and data quality; hands-on coding is not required.
  • Familiarity with Databricks preferred; Snowflake experience also welcome.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
  • Proactive, organized approach, with the judgment to work independently, surface risks early, and follow through.

Benefits

  • Premium health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Performance bonus
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Pet insurance
  • Paid paternity leave
  • Hybrid work environment in Southwest Austin
