Data Integrations Lead
About the role
We’re a growing wealth management organization that partners with advisory firms nationwide, providing the technology, infrastructure, and operational support to help them thrive while preserving their client-first culture. As new firms join us, we’re focused on making their transition to our shared platforms accurate, thoughtful, and seamless for advisors and clients.
You’ll guide data readiness and migration as advisory firms transition from legacy systems to our enterprise platforms. Sitting between business analysts and engineers, you’ll translate business needs into clear integration requirements and help ensure data is complete, accurate, and ready for use. This is not a coding role — you’ll bridge business and technology, own meaningful integration work that directly supports our growth, and help build repeatable processes and data standards rather than simply follow an established playbook.
Responsibilities
- Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems.
- Assess existing platforms and data structures to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.
- Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, technology vendors, and incoming firms.
- Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing, reconciliation, and successful go-lives.
- Explain technical issues clearly, building trust with advisors and other nontechnical stakeholders.
- Document data flows, requirements, and processes to make future integrations more consistent and scalable.

- Relevant experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services operations, data analysis, or platform implementation.

- Familiarity with Databricks preferred; Snowflake experience also welcome.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
- Proactive, organized approach with the judgment to work independently, surface risks early, and follow through.
