Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and computer systems.
- Review and verify data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies as required.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks and ensuring all information is current and complete.
- Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
- Generate reports and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Input Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Pay
A competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $45 USD, dependent on experience.
