Job Title: Data/Information Architect Job Location: Columbia, SC 29210 (Onsite) Position Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 months Primary Skills: Tableau development and deployment, database principles and design, CRM development and support (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot), data analysis, MS SQL Server Management, Azure Synapse, Excel, MS Power BI, R, Python, SAS, software development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps), documentation, Data analysis, business analyst skills, ability to explain and/or document complex concepts or processes to a variety of audiences Position Overview We are seeking a Data/Information Architect Consultant to support data analysis, dashboard development, and CRM systems. The role involves performing data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support management initiatives, developing and supporting public-facing dashboards, and creating detailed documentation that facilitates the use and future modification of dashboards. The Scope Public-facing dashboard development and support Performing data analysis and data-driven insights to various stakeholders Developing and supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Creating detailed documentation that facilitates the use and future modification of dashboards Daily Duties / Responsibilities Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support management initiatives utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, and SAS. Perform development in database environments such as MS SQL Server Management, Azure Synapse, or similar environments. Assist with support of the Tableau environment and associated public-facing dashboards. Perform development and/or support in CRM such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot. Participate in the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps. Provide data-focused strategies which add value to the organization and promote efficiency.
