Data Governance & Policy Automation Developer

About the role

Build and automate entitlement management processes for modern data platforms, including policy administration workflows, governance automation, metadata-driven controls, and IAM solutions for data governance and access management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain approval workflows for data access and entitlement processes.
• Develop role management capabilities supporting enterprise data platforms.
• Automate data governance and policy enforcement processes.
• Build scalable integrations between enterprise applications, data platforms, IAM systems, and governance tools.
• Develop REST-based integrations and automation services.
• Support implementation of RBAC / ABAC access control models.
• Collaborate with data, security, IAM, governance, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong experience with workflow automation.
• Experience with integration development across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong background in enterprise application development.
