About the role
PwC's Data and Analytics team focuses on using data to drive insights and informed business decisions. Managers in this role lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business growth and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of data governance strategies
- Supervise and mentor team members to enhance their skills
- Manage client accounts and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Foster collaboration within teams to enhance engagement workstreams
- Uphold the firm's methodologies and confirm compliance with standards
- Identify areas for enhancement in data management processes
- Encourage innovative approaches to enhance data-driven solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- AWS Certified Data Analytics / Solutions Architect
- Azure Data Engineer / Azure Solutions Architect
- Google Professional Data Engineer
- DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional)
- Informatica Certified Professional
- Alation Certified Data Catalog Professional
- Collibra Certified Ranger/Steward/Professionals
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- SnowPro Core / SnowPro Advanced
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Data Analyst / ML
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
