Data Governance Lead
Policies and Framework Support
Define and implement enterprise wide data governance programs including standards, procedures, and catalog registration.
Data Quality and Compliance
Monitor and improve data quality, enforce regulatory compliance, and mitigate data-related risks.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and data stewards to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Metadata and Business Glossary Management
Maintain standardized business terms, definitions, relationships, and lineage to support consistent data usage.
Training Support
Provide guidance and training to users and data stewards on governance practices and compliance.
Reporting and Analytics
Create dashboards, metrics, and reports to track data quality, compliance, and governance program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, process management, project management, and analytics
- Knowledge of Collibra data governance platform, data classification, data protection, and enterprise data architecture
- Ability to be a decision maker and leader, influencing data practices across the organization
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
Benefits

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model
If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
