Data Governance Business Analyst Location: Remote with monthly travel to Sacramento, CA Openings: 2 We're seeking hands-on Data Governance Business Analysts to support enterprise data governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and technical requirements. Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Support data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data classification. Coordinate with business, technical, compliance, and audit stakeholders. Prepare governance documentation, status reports, and knowledge-transfer materials. Required Qualifications 2 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, or data management. Experience supporting data governance frameworks and policies. Understanding of metadata, data quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in financial services, banking, investment, or enterprise data environments preferred.
