Data Entry Specialist / Entry Level (Remote)

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, structured data, reports, or documentation used across group airfare planning, booking coordination, traveler support, ticketing, schedule changes, and group travel operations.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, consistency, and traceability before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, files, or tracking records that support the workflow.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and reviewability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the function operates from reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.

Pay

Base compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
