Data Entry Specialist (Dental Insurance Verification)

What the job involves

• Entering and updating dental insurance plan details in practice management software
• Retrieving coverage information from insurance portals and translating it into clear, usable formats for dental practices
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and dashboard to provide support and resolve questions
• Handling a range of verification-related tasks as needs arise

What we're looking for

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• An understanding of HIPAA and a commitment to confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.00 to $16.50 per hour to start
