Additional Information Rapid Response offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and dynamic and professional work environments. We also offer continued growth through our internal advancement opportunities. For more information, view our website at https://www.rrms.com/careers/. Rapid Response is an Equal Opportunity Employer. INDRR2 We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove "Rapid Response is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also maybe remove "Additional Information" if it's generic? It says "Rapid Response offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and dynamic and professional work environments. We also offer continued growth through our internal advancement opportunities." That's somewhat generic but still mentions benefits and advancement. Could be considered generic but still includes benefits. However we have a Benefits section later with specifics: Annual salary increases and performance bonuses, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k, Paid vacation and sick time, Wellness program and wellness days off, Internal advancement opportunities, The opportunity to make an impact on communities across the country every day. So we can keep Benefits. Pay: Salary Range $23.00 per hour, Second Shift, Third Shift, & Weekend Shift Differentials, Full-time: $500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment! That's specific pay info. So Pay section. Schedule: Hours Morning and Evening, plus start dates with times: September 14, 2026 (8:00am - 4:30pm) October 5, 2026 (2:30pm - 11:00pm). Also mention Morning and Evening. So schedule info. We also have location: "Location: This position is 100% in-office and reports to our facility on site in Syracuse, NY." Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we can include in About the role or maybe a short paragraph. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location can be a short paragraph. We need sections: About the role (role summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "About Us" could be part of About the role? But we have a separate About Us section describing company. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually About the role is role summary; About Us is company overview. Could be included as a separate section? Not in allowed headings list; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create About Us heading. We can incorporate company overview into About the role paragraph or maybe drop? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include company overview within About the role or maybe omit if not needed. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop company overview if it's substantive. So we need to include it somewhere. Could be part of About the role (role summary) or maybe a separate paragraph without heading. Since we cannot create a heading not in list, we can just include it as a

after the role summary heading. Thus structure:

About the role

Role summary text + company overview maybe.

Responsibilities

  • ...

Qualifications

  • ...
(maybe include Skills inside Qualifications? But we have Skills heading allowed; we could separate Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (attention to detail, computer skills, communication). However we can combine if we want fewer sections. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have both headings allowed; we could still include both if they have content. Let's see content: Qualifications includes: High School diploma required, Associate’s or equivalent military experience preferred, Attention to detail, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, Basic computer and typing skills, Good communication - written and verbal, particularly on the phone, Many of our positions require an extra level of screening to obtain Department of Defense security clearance, Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements, Data Entry experience is preferred. That's a mix of qualifications and skills. Could split: Qualifications (education, experience, clearance, background check) and Skills (attention to detail, computer/typing, communication). But we have both headings allowed; we could create both. However we need to avoid thin sections. If we split, each may be thin but still substantive. Let's decide: We'll create Qualifications for education/experience/clearance/background check, and Skills for attention to detail, computer/typing, communication. That seems reasonable. Thus:

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; Associate’s or equivalent military experience preferred.
  • Many of our positions require an extra level of screening to obtain Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements.
  • Data Entry experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Attention to detail, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Good communication - written and verbal, particularly on the phone.
Now Benefits: list items. Pay: include salary range, shift differentials, hiring bonus. Schedule: include hours Morning and Evening, start dates with times. Also location: we can include a short paragraph before sections maybe under About the role? Let's put location in About the role paragraph. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: Remove "Rapid Response is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also remove "Additional Information" paragraph (since it's generic). Also remove "IND RR2" maybe. Also remove duplicated lines: The posting had some duplicated content like "Receive inquiries from clients via phone, email, and fax" appears both in Responsibilities Include and later summary. We need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate. We'll combine into a single list without duplication. Let's extract responsibilities list: From "Responsibilities Include": - Receive inquiries from clients via phone, email, and fax - Triage and field questions from clients - Input contract information in our database - Implement client account transfers and verify changes - Ensure all client account entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations - Provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing, and other administrative support Then later summary: "Each day, you’ll report to your shift on-site at our Syracuse, NY location in Franklin Square. You will receive inbound calls from clients with inquiries, as well as faxes and emails from our queue system. You will triage those inquiries and help in any way you can. The request may be as simple as an address change, or it may be more complex like a change to a contract. At all times, you are working within our Data Entry Team to make sure the clients’ needs are met with accuracy and efficiency." We can incorporate the on-site location and shift reporting into About the role or maybe a separate note. But we already have location. The summary adds details about receiving inbound calls, faxes, emails, triage, address change, contract change, working within Data Entry Team. Some of that overlaps with responsibilities list. We can add additional responsibility items: "Receive inbound calls, faxes, and emails from queue system", "Triage inquiries and assist with requests such as address changes or contract changes", "Work within Data Entry Team to ensure client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency". We'll add those as list items, avoiding duplication. Now Benefits list: from "What Awaits You At Rapid Response": - Annual salary increases and performance bonuses - Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k - Paid vacation and sick time - Wellness program and wellness days off - Internal advancement opportunities - The opportunity to make an impact on communities across the country every day Pay: - Salary Range $23.00 per hour - Second Shift, Third Shift, & Weekend Shift Differentials - Full-time: $500 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment! Schedule: - Hours: Morning and Evening - Start dates: September 14, 2026 (8:00am - 4:30pm); October 5, 2026 (2:30pm - 11:
