Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Validation
- Enter and update subscription, billing, and invoicing data in SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI).
- Validate data accuracy against source documents and business rules.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with SAP standards and Commonwealth policies.
- Transaction Processing
- Process high-volume transactions for subscription renewals, usage-based billing, and adjustments.
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with business teams.
- Compliance & Security
- Handle sensitive data in compliance with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to role-based access controls.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and review reports for data accuracy and completeness.
- Document data entry procedures and maintain audit-ready records.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to ensure data aligns with functional requirements.
- Absorb and assist in testing activities by preparing and validating test data for SIT and UAT phases.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of data entry experience in enterprise systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in SAP BRIM or similar ERP systems.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments. Basic understanding of SAP navigation and transaction codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Preferred Skills: Exposure SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI). Experience in utilities or transportation industry data processes. Knowledge of compliance standards for handling sensitive data.
