Data Entry Operator II - Night Shift

About the role

The Data Entry Operator II supports the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) agency, working night shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter information from various sources into a computer format.
• Prep, label, and file documents for imaging.
• Identify and report potential issues to management.
• Navigate and utilize various computer functions, including web browsers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Perform tasks requiring attention to detail and time management.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate keyboard-controlled data entry devices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three months of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboard use and web browsing.
• Ability to work independently and follow policies and procedures.
• Pass MRPT facility credential/authorization requirements.

Pay

$18.55 per hour, with additional health and welfare payments for each eligible hour worked.

Schedule

Night shift from 3pm to 11:30pm.
