Akima Facilities Operations is looking for a Data Entry Operator I to support the EAGLE LSS contract in Fort Hood, TX. Join this dynamic team and be part of this critical mission. Responsibilities

• Operate keyboard-controlled data entry devices (computer, key-operated magnetic tape, disc encoder) to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing.
• Use alphanumeric keyboard skills and follow transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment.
• Work from standardized source documents that have been coded, requiring little or no selecting, coding, or interpreting of data.
• Resolve erroneous items, codes, or missing information at the supervisory level.
• Perform routine and repetitive work under close supervision, following specific procedures or detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven data entry working experience.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
• Ability to receive a favorable Tier‑1 investigation and obtain/maintain a CAC.

Skills

• Ability to type 40 wpm.
• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commercial driver’s license (desired).
• High school diploma.

Pay

Hourly compensation: $17.75.

Benefits
