Data Entry & Compliance Specialist

Essential Duties

  • Enter data for all employee hires and terminations.
  • Process changes to employee profiles.
  • Ensure employee profiles are complete and accurate.
  • Enforce policies in procedures to support HR and Payroll controls.
  • Review submitted data and files for deficiencies or errors.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Follow-up to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Qualifications

  • One (1) year customer service and HR experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of UKG HRIS systems.
  • A High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk.
  • Microsoft Office Experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
