About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our remote team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from your own home while supporting various administrative and data management functions. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and security
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries, providing professional communication
  • Aid with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
  • Conduct research and compile relevant information as required for projects and reports
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Support various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management
