Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant
About The Role
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from your own home while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, managing communication channels, supporting scheduling activities, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data within our databases and systems
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and security
- Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
- Conduct research and gather relevant information as needed for reports and projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support team operations and project deadlines
