Data Entry Clerk / CPO 3rd shift

Duties/Responsibilities

• All abilities from Pack-Out data clerk
• Manage break and lunch schedules
• Manage employees if need arises
• Run the line at pace
• Verify HACCP and internal GMP guidelines
• Run reports in both X3 and StrongArm
• Inventory control: validate real-time material usage
• Ensure recipes are communicated effectively
• Control verification: follow pre-established controls
• Supervise 13 to 19 employees in Retail Pack-out department

Qualifications

• Ability to manage break and lunch schedules
• Ability to manage employees if needed
• Ensure the line runs at pace
• Verify HACCP and internal GMP guidelines
• Run reports in both X3 and StrongArm
• Accountable for real-time material usage validation
• Communicate with Production and Logistics departments
• Follow pre-established controls to ensure consistent processing
• Perform supervisory responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Frequent reaching with hands and arms
• Regularly lift and/or move up to thirty pounds
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and cold
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
• Work environment noise level is usually high

$18.00 - $18.45 per hour
