The role is working well when record accuracy becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Entry Clerk workflow by helping the team document corrections and unresolved exceptions.
• Coordinate the workflow by maintaining naming and filing standards.
• Review the workflow by entering and validating structured records.
• Maintain the workflow by comparing incoming information with source documents.
• Track the workflow by resolving duplicate or incomplete records.

Skills

• Use Document Review and Quality Control confidently in data entry tasks.
• Apply Exception Tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Workflow Tracking decisions clearly for teammates to follow.
• Use sound judgment in Responsible Travel Operations, especially when escalation is needed.

Schedule

Full-time, entry-level position.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$54,000 per year.
