Data Entry Clerk

Transnort Transporte is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to enter, verify, update, and maintain accurate business and customer records. The position supports transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update approved records and operational information connected with transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation.
• Review source information for missing fields, duplicates, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies.
• Make approved corrections and keep digital records organized and current.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues while maintaining accuracy and productivity expectations.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data rather than guessing.
• Support routine record and reporting needs for the team.

Requirements

• Accurate keyboarding and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures consistently.
• Reliable written communication and organization.
• Prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not mandatory for junior openings.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$51,500 - $59,500 per year
