Responsibilities
- Input customer and company information into internal database systems with a strong focus on precision and completeness.
- Review spreadsheet data and accurately transfer details into the appropriate records within proprietary platforms.
- Match entered information to the correct fields based on account-specific instructions and established data standards.
- Check records for missing, inconsistent, or incorrect details and make updates to preserve data accuracy.
- Organize daily assignments effectively to meet expected turnaround times and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain clean and dependable electronic records by following internal procedures for data handling and verification.
- Support ongoing database maintenance by updating existing entries as new or corrected information becomes available.
Requirements
- Success in this position requires consistency, focus, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence navigating spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks in a high-volume setting.
- Proficient computer skills, including accurate typing and general system navigation.
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Matthews, North Carolina.
- Capable of maintaining speed and accuracy while handling time-sensitive assignments.
