About The Role

Responsibilities

• Properly documenting in-home usage tests according to the provided daily schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and journal entries
• Handling products responsibly and following safety guidelines
• Adhering strictly to the testing instructions, which may involve unpacking, reading instructions, using the product for designated periods, and providing feedback through reviews or online forms
• Utilizing mobile testing technology, such as MFour’s innovative smartphone tools, to capture insights and emotional responses during product use
• Participating in private chat discussions or focus groups as directed by market research firms
• Writing detailed and honest reviews as specified in the daily schedule for each project
